Nowadays, as a sensitive element, optical fiber can be used to measure displacement, speed, acceleration, pressure, sound of water, temperature, electric field, magnetic field and other physical dimension, and the advantages of it are high sensitivity, high security, high anti-electromagnetic interference ability, nice insulating ability, light quality, easy to compose array, easy to realize the combination of exploration and transmission, etc., so the optical fiber is widely used in modern measuring area.Fiber optic accelerometer is one of the most important application. Combining the research and the questions in the application of the fiber optic accelerometer now, this thesis analyzes and simulates the structure and examining theory of the fiber optic accelerometer, does some researches on the questions in the simulating and puts forward the solving methods. This thesis uses the 1310nm Michelson interferometer with Faraday rotation mirror(FRM) to be the measuring tool, illuminates the basic theory and homodyne examining technology of the interferometric fiber optic accelerometer, analyzes the integrating effects in the fiber optic accelerometer digital examining system based on the DSP, presentes the solving methods, and proves the methods are feasible by using digital examing system based on the LabVIEW. This thesis also builds the fiber optic accelerometer digital examining system based on the LabVIEW, and uses the network technology adding to some corresponding network functions, the fiber optic accelerometer examining experiment can easily be done on the system, so the system can help us to analyze the key technologies of the fiber optic accelerometer greatly and accelerates the application of the fiber optic accelerometer.
