Micro strip structure has got great attention since it existed for it has smaller volume, lower cost and processes more easily. Micro strip antenna and MMIC which are used in wireless communication and phased array radar are becoming hotspot. Based on method of moment(MOM), some deep numerical researches are taken on micro strip structure in this paper, and it provides some theoretically bases for its application. Now finite element method(FEM), finite difference time-domain(FDTD) and method of moment(MOM) are the main numerical methods to analyze micro strip structure. MOM is analyzed in this paper. Now the MOM based on mixed potential integral equation (MPIE) is one of the most important methods to analyze micro strip structure. MPIE is a universal and strict full-wave theory to analyze microwave integrated circuits and micro strip antenna. The most important thing is how to get the spatial Green's function by dealing with Sommerfeld integral which is high oscillation and slow decay. This paper deeply deals spatial Green's function from RWG basis function which is used mostly in MOM. Surface wave is deeply analyzed based on discrete complex image method (DCIM), then spatial Green's function can be calculated. According to the difference between surface wave and two-level DCIM in different areas, near part and far part are divided. Spatial Green's function can be fast and effectively calculated by dealing two parts differently.
