Wireless Sensor Network is a kind of self-organizing network, which is composed of many small nodes wired by wireless communication technologies. The Wireless Sensor Network can pick up data, transform data and process data. It is a new field of information technology. In this paper, the Wireless Sensor Network is firstly summarized and some questions are discussed. It is based on the key technologies of Wireless Sensor Networks, the main contents and results are as follows.1. The research about distributed storage in Wireless Sensor Networks is discussed. After the digital fountain codes are analyzed, the paper investigates the decentralized erasure codes and proposes a perimetric storage scenario. And this paper investigates the digital fountain code with constant degrees for approximate data collection.2. This paper analyzes different routing protocols. In order to route data packets for distributed storage in Wireless Sensor Network, a routing algorithm based on geography and energy is implemented.3. In this paper, based on the tree model of the bipartite graph of low density parity-check (LDPC) codes, an algorithm for counting short cycles for LDPC code is proposed. The algorithm can count short cycles for given length easily. Applying this algorithm, the paper counts short cycles for some typical LDPC codes, and then gives some analysis of the influence of short cycles for the performance of LDPC codes.
