Design And Implementation Of Medical Knowledge Searching System Based On Lucene

Vertical search engine is not only a professional but also is an extension and breakdown of the search engine.It integrated certain information in information database.when it processed the extracted data,and then returned to user.The biggest difference between vertical search engine and normal search engine is the extraction of structured information, that is convert non-structured data into structured data. Vertical search uses structured data as the smallest unit,and store it to do further processing,such as:elimination,classification and soon,Finally it needed segment,index and then returned to user by the way of searching.LUCENE is a open source toolkit which supports full-text retrieve, It provides a query engine,index engine,as well as word segment of some language. On the basis of the framework which LUCENE provided ,We can do secondary development and set up a complete desktop or full-text search application easily.With the depth of information technology,all industry have accelerated the pace of informatization,the same as medical industry.The mass medical knowledge and the growth of information diversity let the medical industry have to consider how to solute the medical knowledge management quickly and efficiently. Therefore, the importation of vertical search engine has become an inevitable trend.In addition to the trend of re-education and re-learning,establish a system of medical knowledge search is urgent increasingly.This paper introduced a vertical search engine application in the medical industry combining by the medical knowledge search system.the paper applied the search engine to the medical industry,it is a professional model based on LUCENE in medical industry,The paper anlysised the core function model, Optimized LUCENE index mechanism,segment,search efficiency.We also did personalized ranking,The system has already been designed,it is easy to use, searching accurately,and is recognized by medical industry.
