At present, the diagnosis of throat lesion is a subjective judgment of the ENT doctor according to the voice of patients. It is an advanced medical diagnostic technique to diagnose the pathological situation of throat by analyzing the voice signal, but the technology requires accurate diagnostic evidences. In the researches of voice disease, the multi-parameter diagnostic analysis methods are used in the existing diagnostic models, which are complex and prone to making mistakes. What's more, the special senor of voice signal has not appeared in market yet, and the traditional microphone can only achieve single function of acoustic-electric transition. The array microphone produced by MEMS technology can fulfill acoustic-electric transition and filtering at the same time. Based on the current technical condition of laboratory, this paper studies two problems mentioned above, and the contents are as follows:(1) It uses Dr Speech voice training and analysis software provided by Shanghai Tiger Drs. Inc. to analyze voice signal from normal and patients with vocal cord disease, and obtains the differences of voice characteristics in different states. Through comparing the voice characteristics, it builds a single-parameter mathematical model. This model can be used as an objective basis of voice disease diagnosis;(2) To diagnose pathologic voice, it develops voice disease recognition software and hardware system. It uses a HT46R24 provided by Holtek Inc. as the MCU, and other peripheral chips to build the expander circuits. The system fulfills real-time voice signals sampling and data transmission. It also develops PC software to receive, analyze and display the data;(3) It designs the structure of silicon micro-array acoustic sensing unit and mathematical model. According to the characteristics of array acoustic sensing unit and the voiceband, it designs the structure of sensor unit in the form of micro-cantilever beam, establishes the vibration mechanics model of micro-cantilever beam and the coupling equation of strain resistance. It achieves the function of acoustic-electric transition and filtering at the same time.This paper establishes a mathematical model for voice disease diagnosis in laboratory technical conditions, completes the production of circuit and the design of sensor. Through the study above, the relevant experiences in the voice signal characteristics analysis, the design of silicon micro-array acoustic sensor and hardware circuit have been accumulated. Through tested in lab, the scheme has been proved to be practicable.
