| Oil plays an important role in modern industry/traffic/military affairs and so on. Bulk station is as important as oil, as a ligament coordinating oil production and the transportation of product oil.With the quick development of computer control techniques, integrated automation system of tank farm technologies are being greatly improved continually and the newest control skills with the core of microcomputer comes into being. After analyzing the typical design of the oil distribution automation system and combine with the application trend of field bus, the author designs one kind of oil distribution system including measurement, count and control simultaneously. The system adopts superior-inferior control mode. They play their own advantages adequately, which achieves the whole monitor of the oil distribution system.Firstly, the dissertation introduces the design of hardware circuit and software and constitute the stipulations of an agreement between the supervisory computer and ration oil distribution unit. Secondly, considering the accuracy control problem, we adopt the mass flowmeter. Besides, we bring forward the control arithmetic of shutting the valve step by step, which has been proved to improve the precision and dependability of system after debugging. Lastly, the author gives a series of anti-jamming measure to insure the stability of system. |
