Design And Implementation Of Message-oriented Middleware For Intelligent Home

Intelligent Home system utilize various transport media to connect the interior devices at home, which realize the sharing of information and cooperation of different devices and provide intelligent home services. This architecture is distributed and heterogeneous. BACnet is a data communication protocol for building automation control networks. The prime purpose of BACnet is to provide an interoperation method for building automation control system.Middleware is a class of software technologies designed to help manage the complexity and heterogeneity inherent in distributed systems. It is defined as a layer of software above the operating system but below the application program that provides a common programming abstraction across a distributed system. As an efficient way, Message-oriented Middleware (MOM) can solve the distributed network communication problems.It first introduces the basic conception and develop trends of Intelligent Home, the function and characteristic of BACnet protocol, then explains the significance of the import of middleware to the BACnet Intelligent Home in this paper.After that, we introduce the hardware and software construction of the Intelligent Home, provide a basic analysis of the Message-oriented Middleware based on the Intelligent Home, and brings out the designing plan of it. Then we expatiate on it with theories and related technologies.Following this, we explain the function and the realization of each key part. Then in a whole sight, we separately provide the realization in four parts-- Details in Logic States of the System, Start of Each Part, Gaining Information and the Executing of the User Program.Finally, the analysis on the system summarized from the test of the program construction and the executing process is presented. Personal advice on how to improve the system is provided at last.
