Research On A ISS-based Simulation Model For Programmable Experiment System

As the development of computer technology and simulation technology, The creation of a virtual laboratory to replace the traditional physics laboratory has become possible. By contrast, the virtual laboratory have incomparable advantages in cost control, ease of use, maintainability, and other aspects. In the building process of virtual laboratories, we find it is difficult to simulate the experimental system which is controlled by the procedure. The difficulty lies in the state of experimental system is uncertain, the system's behavior is controlled by the prepared procedures. We can not exhaustive out all the state and behavior of the system. This brings great complexity to the simulation.In order to realize the accurate and efficient simulation for programmable experimental system, a instruction set simulator (ISS) model is used to realize the virtual experimental system's programmability. The ISS is the simulation of a CPU at the instruction level, the main frame of this model is made up of register, memory, encoder and execution unit. Through summarization and analysis of all the factors that impact the simulation results and object-oriented simulation technology, a ISS-based simulation model, which based on the interrelated existing research results, is put forward. This model is described from three aspects: relation, behavior and communication, and is practically described by the model of virtual devices. Besides, the simulation model of logic circuits will realize the controller. And the programmable device is a special case in the model, it is implemented with the interpretative instruction set simulation strategy.The ISS-based simulation model has been used in the process of developing single chip computer virtual experiment system, the result shows that speed of simulation and effect on reality are good, it has good practicality. The research result solves the simulation problem of programmable experiment system well, it has accessional value for the field interrelated with the research.
