| In China, construction of the traffic information system is being promoted. Wuhan has actively made a great progress in this area. In urban traffic areas all kinds of traffic flux inspection stations and inspection equipments have been established. However, the isolated inspection stations make the flux information unable to be shared effectively and timely, and bring inconvenience to the traffic flux management as well. The paper designs a Flux Information Release system, and implements traffic flux data collection and release. Traffic Flux information release platform provides scientific traffic flux basic data for planning of urban traffic and communication networks, road construction, management and decision-making.The paper expatiates the system's requirements and Traffic Flux Guide Line System first, analyses the system functions, introduces two main functions of Traffic Flux Information System: Flux Information release and Flux Information collection. Traffic Flux Information release platform provides traffic flux inquiry and statistic support for traffic users. Traffic Flux Information collection Sub-system takes charge the data uploading from inspection stations to data center.Based on the requirements of the system, the paper introduces the structure design of the system. Then it designs the modules of Information Release Sub-system. The paper designs the system's implementation in Struts framework. Then it gives the implementation of data-persistence by Hibernate. It researches the data collection model of distributed system and data collection flow, designs Information Collection Sub-system based on message middleware and integration middleware.The paper introduces the development and run environment of the project, uses Log4j to achieve the system debugging. The implementation result is given in the end of the paper.The system is checked and accepted by Wuhan Province Transportation and Communication Committee. It achieves good effect in practical process. |
