However, due to history reason or developing methods for different system, although each system can work independently and fulfill customer's requirement, when the information system need data integration or data mining, the isolation is standing out, That is the island of information, Once a data source becoming an"islands of information" it will cost us a high price, how to compensate the difference between the data, integrate various information systems through cross-platform is a current problem need to be solved.XML and Web Service technology in the emergence of distributed database brings new information in the method of integrate. Firstly, when data exchange between the different databases and applications, XML is the ideal medium, XML can combine different sources of the structure data, integrated the data and database through the medium server of the back-end server applications and other applications, Secondly, Web Service based on XML and SOAP new generation of software development and application technology, no dependence on program language and program platform in connectivity and system integration.This paper analyzes the existing problems of traditional technologies, studied on Service Oriented Architecture, the principle,realization,technology,security and other issues of Web Service, studied the algorithm of XML data exchange,the use of the Loosely Coupled SOA technology,The feasibility of Web Service in resolving integration in heterogeneous enterprise database. Realize the translation through XML in Relational Database.Finally, based on a Global Solution Call Center's database system integrate as a back ground, focused on China subsystem integrate into the global standards which based on Service Oriented Architecture. Studied the technology of SOAP,XML and Web Service applying in our system. Combine Web Service'commonality and XML's flexibility to improve system maintainability, manageability and integration, in the new system based on SOA not only include all the basis application of enterprise management information, but also considering about the future development of the expanded area, such as new attendance control system, scheduling, call volume forecasting system etc, all that can be easily integrated.
