| There are many aspects need to be considered from the nature of ink in the research on printability, that is printability. Ink as one of an indispensable key raw materials in the printing process, its performance have made great impact on printing quality. Therefore, how to test and control the quality of printing inks have an important theoretical and practical value.In this paper, we introduce the physical characteristics of ink evaluation and give the scope and classification of ink. According to the characteristics of ink ,BP neural networks is applied in testing the physical characteristics of ink, and simulation study is carried out. The simulation result shows that the method can accurately and quickly detect grade of samples. The paper also introduces the control principle of neural network PID (proportion, integral and differential) algorithms.Through simulation study, we comparative analysis the traditional PID and neural network PID .The results show that the algorithm achieves satisfied effect in the viscosity control system of ink. |
