In recent years, femtosecond laser fabrication technology has been a widely concerned by people because of its high machining accuracy, positioning accuracy of three-dimensional space. The femtosecond laser fabrication technology based on two-photon polymerization in recent years develops very well. People can make not only the nano-scale microstructure, but also the structure of the well designed outlook, and even improve in material properties to give the structure of the fabrication a number of unique optical and physical properties, such as micro-lenses, such as magnetic turbine. With the development of femtosecond laser fabrication technology and the special demands of performance of micro-devices, traditional polymer materials could not meet people's requirements because of its poor electrical conductivity and low mechanical strength. In recent years, people is exploring new work principle of a laser micro-nano fabrication, the results of different studies have repeatedly been reported in major magazines. This makes the laser micro-nano fabrication develops faster.In this paper, by using a kind of fluorescent light-emitting material which contain a high proportion of cis-structure DPO-PPV as the material system, this paper proposes a theory based on photoisomerization based no veltheory of femtosecond laser fabrication. The study of DPO-PPV material is divided into two parts: the nature of the characterization and experiment of laser fabrication. Through a series of tests and experimental data, we testify the feasibility of the principle. The second chapter is the test of the material nature, including the absorption spectra, fluorescence emission spectra, as well as some comparative experiments, from the nature of the material to give you a rational understanding; the third chapter introduced from three parts: the nanosecond laser interference patterns, and the fabrication in solution and solid film with laser direct-write technology, confirmed the principle of femtosecond laser micro-nano technology based on DPO-PPV the photoisomerization feasibility work.In chapter III the fabrication results we got are satisfactory, the fluorescence properties of the material is retained after the fabrication of optical devices with the desired optical properties.In this paper, we introduce fluorescent material DPO-PPV into the field of laser micro-nano fabrication for the first time, and also the photoisomerization principle which used in the entire experiment is mentioned firstly. Since this is a new attempt, the experiment progress and the theoretical research are both inexploration,the current material system and fabrication technology is not perfect. However, we can prospect from the results,this work searching a new principle of laser micro-nano fabrication is meaningful for improving the laser technology.
