Dealing with 3D realistic face has become a hot question of computer graphics research areas. This article introduces realistic face processing technology into facial recovery process based on skull, and studies on 3D face with more realistic. The paper studies the performance of the age, color and other personalized information of realistic 3D face and simple, fast rendering synthetic and so on key technologies. What's more, the article also implements realistic dealing with 3D face rehabilitation model based on craniofacial morphology. The research work has an important theoretical and practical value.The main progress:(1) Summarize and analyze key technologies of realistic treatment of the research study at home and abroad. Induce and put forward a realistic look deal with five key issues that need to be resolved.(2) Implementation realistic performance characteristics of people's age of realistic face technology based on the implementation of the three-dimensional coordinates. Thus increase the details of age of craniofacial recovery model, and effectively improve the realistic 3D face effect.(3) Propose a method of the rapidly changing face of skin based on color transfer and texture mapping technology, and realize a realistic face of the rapid color rendering, as well as provide a new application of color transfer.(4) Propose a new three-dimensional interactive way drawing of people's face which is different from the existing mapping technologies. Users can draw people's face through human-computer interaction approach. The experiments show that the interactive rendering methods are easy to use, and open up a three-dimensional face of new ideas for drawing.(5) Combining with the practical needs of realistic face reality, we develop the realistic look of computer-aided treatment system by Visual C++ 6.0 and VTK open source 3d graphics library for the virtual operation. It implements relevant technologies of realistic look treatment in the paper.
