Guide by software development technology, and based on the study and analysis of some foreign simulation system, we brought the new 3D digital creative technique, Game Engine Technique, into the traditional art performance creative activities. During the implement we carried a detailed requirements analysis through the study of the traditional composite performance course and the work details of the director, after that we made the function of the System clear. Second, through the analysis of system feasibility, we chose the Torque Game Engine as the basic develop platform. Then, we designed the system architecture and each module according to its user function, feature of Torque Game Engine and the development environment. We implemented the system by integrate some Engine owned functions, rewrite the Engine code, or realize the function by writing script code.The Design and realization of 3D-Real time Virtual Editor System embodied the software reusing ideology. It brings the advanced technology into the traditional industry act as the leading role for the study and developing of the digital editor system. Our system not only provides an efficient editor tools for the director and help cutting down the cost, but also very easy to extend. By developing the outside serial interface it can be used in many other areas.
