With the development of society, people are increasingly urgent for the demand on communication, expect for more advanced communication technology. It is obvious that we can not make this out without mobile communication. Wireless channel is the essential part of the mobile communication. The study on mobile channel become the fundamental of the mobile communication research. During the proceeding of this pre-research project which is called The Study on the Radio Wave Propagation Characteristic on Specifically Area, we designed and implemented a more mature simulation software named ModLib, channel models library module is the core module. This paper as another theoretical effort firstly introduced the basic concept of the mobile wireless channel, demonstrate the relative knowledge of the large-scale propagation channel and small-scale fading channel which are the main research object of this paper, then introduced the organized frame of this software, a reasonable method is presented to connect the core module and other simulation modules together. The implementation of the channel models library is introduced, including data structure design, program design, the implementation of this software on the IDE environment Borland C++ Builder 6.0 and gave a strategy for the simulation module to call the contents of the library. Finally, accomplished a method to simulate wireless communication system in C++ programming language, which is a module set comprise models and a cascading simulation structure, presented the testing results of the performance in multipath propagation channel, and the reasonable analysis of the results was given.
