Along with the development of the technology and the age of research of advanced communicate electronic facility adapt to space optical communication, wireless optical communication will turn into one of developed aspect of the next generation. With peoples' increasing requirement for the rate and convenience of indoor communications, indoor wireless optical communications will be more and more important.This paper describes the indoor wireless optical communication system particularly after collect and refer to abundance literature information, learning correlated principle of indoor wirelss opitical communication. Studies the channel characteristics, and simulates them with Matlab. Based on that, a new system structure of indoor wireless optical communications is advanced. This system can be trsformed from Directed LOS communication to Non-directed LOS communication. When there is an abstacle between transmitter and receiver, this system can keep communicating with high rate;and when there is no abstacle, it can keep communicating with a good connectivity. Compared to the normal indoor wireless optical communication system, this new system is agilitier and more valuable. Then, modulation—demodulation and how to restrain the noise are simply described. At last, a simulation for indoor wireless optical point to point communications is completed with using SystemView.
