This paper mainly introduces the nonlinear finite element method based on point-sampled model and dynamic simulation. Based on the traditional methods of nonlinear finite,we present a tetrahedral mesh optimization method. After this I develop a new physical model which can unify the large plastic flow and the elastic deformation. The plastic model was presented in the form of multiplication Through the deformation gradient diagonalization ,we can get plastic deformation gradient. After that flow rate parameter and the harden/soft parameter was used to compute plastic deformation in oder to update basis matrix. Implicit algorithm is used to calculate ,programming the direct Newmark implict integration algorithm. Newton-Raphson algorithm was used for iterative calculation . Through the control of flow rate parameter and harden/soft parameter ,we inplemet the control from viscoplastic flow to elastic deformation or from elastic to viscoplastic flow. The the serious distortion happens,we will remesh the grid.At the same time ,we use the Ansys/Ls-dyna as platform, using servel methods to simulate the problem of collision of a copper cylinder on rigid body. The deformation date of the nodes of the copper are restored in text files. After that the we use the software Point3D to display the history images and the grid of deformation, comparing the characters of sevel methods. This work shows the process of simulation based on point-sampled model.
