Development And Application Of Producing Management Software Platform For Unit Manufacturing System

This paper is concerned about the application research to informationized management on the platform of NAMC of NWIEE, which the aim is to improve the managing level and efficiency of unit manufacturing for parts in feed subsystem of antenna. According to the characteristics of NAMC, defining and designing in detail the main modules of producing management system which are work plan and control, process quality management, work cost accounting and manufacturing resource management, analyzing and optimizing the working flow and information flow, and building system information base of NAMC. The paper also discusses the producing management software platform of unit manufacturing system which is built through using the distribution data base and B/S mode and developing again the commercial software ERP. The platform is integrated with the part of functions of CAM/DNC. It is easy to operate and convenient to maintain.Having built the producing management software platform of unit manufacturing system, you can realize the flexible laying down a work plan, process quality management, reasonable cost accounting and dynamic resource management. So the informationized technology can be combined with the work flow to reach a practical value and get a well management result at last.
