The designs of the wireless monitoring system based on Bluetooth technology in the thesis using the existing Bluetooth module. Advanced technology of wireless and close quarters transmission is used dynamic ECG telemonitor systems which make the large volumes of data transmission from wire into wireless, and it is real-time, portable. The portable controller which is carried by patients can continuously record physiological parameters of heart, at the same time, it also transmits data to the analysis workstation for data analysis and processing. It has very important clinical value to the protecting patients.In terms of short range transmission, through the data collecting systems, ECG signal is amplified, filtered, then ECG signal according with frequency is sent to the AVR micro-controller. The processed ECG signal is sent to module of Bluetooth transmission through UART, In PC, Bluetooth module receive signals real-timely through receiving module, and transmit signals to PC through RS-232.In term of long range transmission,through building a platform based on ARM-LINUX with a Bluetooth adaptor,using the opensource Bluetooth stack product BlueZ to develop the DUNP and through GPRS to transmit the data to the remote control center. The system adopts wireless testing technology, so saves the complicated connecting-wire. It's very easy for the operator, and saves the use of space. There is a good market prospect for the application.The system is a attemp of Bluetooth technology in medical telemonitor systems.As is known, Bluetooth technology has a good market prospect in application of wireless personal communication at present, but the medical field is rarely applied. Through the testing of this system, speaking volumes for that applying Bluetooth technology to wireless telemonitor is feasible in medical telemonitor systems.
