The Parallel Combinatory Spread Spectrum Communication System (PCSS) has higher efficiency of information transmission than ordinary Spread Spectrum Communication System and Soft-SS, and has the anti-jamming and counter reconnaissance characteristics. It suits for the field of short time communication and restricted frequency. But ordinary PCSS system only suits when the transmission channel has larger SNR. Because selected spread spectrum sequence is approximate orthogonal sequence, It comes under the influence of multi-diameters disturbance and multiple access disturbance.PCSS system parallel transmits data at one time. This is similar with CDMA system. CDMA system applies MUD technique for eliminate multiple access disturbance. This paper used MUD in the receiver of system for increasing system receiver's performance.PCSS system chooses PN code as spread spectrum sequence, so transmitted signals have periodicity. This paper used cyclic spectrum arithmetic as sentential arithmetic of system to replace ordinary mutuality arithmetic for increase system receiver's performance.This paper used theoretical analysis and computer simulation to analyze PCSS system. Simulated results show the system receiver's performance has increased by using MUD and cyclic spectrum in the situation of larger SNR.
