Research On The Key Technologies Of Intelligent Uptown Property Management System

The intelligent uptown comes into being with the development of technology and the increasing demand of market. The paper prime task includes:First, according to the situation that the uptown wired network system did not adapt to the new intelligent equipment, a new uptown network system plan based on CDMA is proposed. It can make up the insufficiency and enhance the function of system. Second, a three layer architecture plan of intelligent uptown property management system based on the .NET platform and the Web Service and B/S pattern is proposed. The design concept and the application of the expression layer and the intermediate layer and the data layer are described. It manifests the merit of the multi-layer architecture: higher efficiency and lower coupling. Considered with the sustainable development of the intelligent uptown and the property management, the module type exploitation method which may expand can add some new function and realize function updating through the interface at any time. Third, in the aspect of the system safety control, to improve the new authorized technology PMI, the XML form attribute certificate mode is used. It can incarnate the predominance of the XML and better fuses with Web Service..In brief, the subject matter which is faced in view of the present intelligent uptown property management system, the deep research which this paper carries on, and has designed the target-oriented solution, and has certain reference value and the use value.
