With the development of internet, the number of online databases is increasing rapidly. The signality of scientific research and remarkable value of project application of DeepWeb schema integration has become more and more attractive. Because of the geographical distribution, autonomy in the management and heterogeneous in schemas, these online databases are lack of the base of sharing vocabulary and the base of semantic. As the continuous expansion and in-depth of the information usage domain ,there is an urgent need to integrate these online databases. By integrating the DeepWeb schema,parallelly accessing to the data in the online distributed databases becomes possible. Through the establishment of a unified view, a unified user interface is provided for users, and the comprehensive usage and interoperability of data come true. The traditional mode of interface integration technologies are mainly to solve the problem of heterogeneous grammar and structure, has not yet to establish a good semantic description of the query interface , resulting in the lack of good relevant information in the semantic description of the query interface.It makes DeepWeb schema integration and extension extremely difficult. The ontology not only can accurately describe the meaning of concepts and the relation of concepts, but also have the ability to express the meaning of concepts and access knowledge. So ontology is introduced to resolve the heterogeneous problems of semantic in the integration of schema.In the needs of DeepWeb data interface schema integration research, based on the result of research of the DeepWeb data integration and interface schema Ontology both in domestic and abroad, the role of domain ontology and form ontology in DeepWeb data interface schema integration is analyzed. This paper makes use of ontology for DeepWeb data interface schema integration to provide an effective semantic understanding and integration methods. The ontology, which describes the concepts and relations, is applied in the integration of DeepWeb data interface. In this paper a new solution for DeepWeb data Interface schema integration is provided. The method of using Ontology to realize the DeepWeb standardize tasks is studied, and an efficient interface generation technology is thereby provided.
