Web Information Retrieval System is an indispensable component of a Web Information Integration System, aiming to select the information that meets the needs of users in the vast amounts of information from the network. It has become an urgent problem how to provide personalized information services with high quality and efficiency for users. However, there are two shortcomings of current personalized information retrieval systems. First, some personalized systems have no high automation in learning and expression users'interests. They require users to enter personal information and provide a lot of feedbacks, and they can not well adapt to the changing needs of users. Second, some personalized systems lack the semantic analysis and processing of keywords. Namely, there are"true expression"and"differentially expressed".On the basis of studying personalized web information retrieval technologies, we present a new personalized web information retrieval method based on interest to solve the problems existed in personalized systems present. We use auto implicit learning algorithm to create and update user profile, so the retrieval system can accurately obtain user's interests and dynamically update them without the user's participation. At the same time we introduce ontology technology to solve the problem of semantics. So the existing information retrieval system based on keywords will be improved to the level of knowledge.A framework of the Personalized Web Information Retrieval System is given in the paper. And the processing of user's personalized information is discussed thoroughly. We detailed description of how to design and implement the Personalized Web Information Retrieval System. Then we evaluate the quality of the query results through experiments, and analyze the impact of the user's personalized information on query results. Evaluation results show that the proposed approach have higher quality and can better meet users'needs, so it can provide personalized services for users.
