A Tool For The Web Service Agents Automatic Generation

Web Service is the main solution for Enterprise Application Integration (EAI). It provides a kind of consistent program model, so all infrastructures are available for either enterprise inner or exterior. Web Service can integrate applications in a general and incremental way. The method of integrating existed tools is to generate the agent codes for them. When tools'development technologies are already known, their agent codes are similar. If the types of the integrated tools are identical, the repeated workload will be increased.To solve the above problems, this paper studies on an approach of tools integration and then proposes a solution for automatically generating service agent.Firstly, the theories and key technologies which are related to Web Service and the generation of service agents are showed in this paper. Based on the analysis and research on the existing technology, a tool named RCSAT (Repace Center Service Agent Tool) is presented. It uses"make"as auto-compile tool. This framework includes three layers: controller layer, function layer and information layer. In addition, we tested the functions of RCSAT by a test case. At last, we summarized existing work and presented some advices for the future research.
