Study On Dynamic Spectrum Management Method Based On Multiple Using Of Wireless Spectrum

Present using condition of wireless spectrum is that on the one hand the wireless spectrum is becoming more and more scarce with the increasingly developing new technologies and new services, with the rushing new mobile requirement and with the growing mobile user, but on the another hand some useful and profitable spectrum resource is always spare. This kind of conflict is caused by the present spectrum management method which limits the access ability of wireless spectrum and induces the spectrum used insufficiently. Cognitive radio is brought up just under this condition, which mostly relies on multiple using of wireless spectrum to bring up the using rate of wireless spectrum. While present spectrum management method can not satisfy the real time requirement of secondary user, at the same time the secondary user should not interrupt other users when they are transmitting their services, we should design a new dynamic spectrum management method. This dynamic spectrum management method in this paper takes charge of assigning spectrum, which as a strong supplement associates with present spectrum management method to manage the wireless spectrum resource commonly.
