Data Mining Technology For Green Manufacturing And Its Implement In PDM System

The large three social problems faced by modern people are population, resource and environment. Along with the worsen environment in the world, people have paid more attention to the research of environment. The manufacturing industry is the mainstay industry of creating human's wealth but has a lot of influence on environment. It's the main pollution resource. The way to reduce the manufacturing industry's pollution is the important research orientation of solving the environment pollution. A new concept has come up, which is named Green Manufacturing, and it will be surely carried out in the manufactory industry in 21st century.This paper's aim is to carry out green manufacturing in enterprise. It researches the methods to using Data Mining technology in enterprises information system to analyze the mass of data and public information on the web, extract the useful knowledge, find inner rules of affecting the green manufacturing in company, and guide the action of running.Firstly, the paper analyzes the coming and application of data mining technology, and the information and green manufacturing in enterprise, then gives the research background, target, contents and signification. The product life cycle is extended in the paper. It discusses the application of data mining in product management system. Through analyzing the history data of production life circle, we get the knowledge of green manufacturing, and enhance the strategic decision ability and green manufacturing consciousness in enterprise.This paper contains the concept, the processing, system element and algorithm of data mining, besides that it discusses the data warehouse, query optimization and visualize technology.Secondly, this paper sums up the product data in PDM, makes a way to use data mining on choosing supplier, buying material, designing product, manufacturing and recycling. The interrelated algorithm includes the relative analyses, text classification, etc. It also discusses the application of web text mining in the database creation about green knowledge in enterprise. It uses the internet search engine to get and analyze the non-struck data on the web, extract the relative knowledge, classify and archive the green manufacturing knowledge.Finally, The paper discusses the designing solution of data mining system tool, based on the J2EE platform. Considering the system integration, It builds models in B/S architecture and makes program algorithm models of data mining,uses artificial neural networks algorithm to evaluate suppliers and green productions.
