Information war is a basic trend in the process of war development, the symbol of which is digitized combat power, that is to say, constructing digitized forces and digitized battlefields which the former depend on. At present several problems exist in the construction of the automatic commanding system in our air defense forces, such as low degree integration, ineffective information use, chronic disconnection and independent operation among horizontal departments in commanding system, and lack of rapid transmission and prompt use of information. These shortcomings impede construction and improvement of our coordinated combat capability.Research and exploitation on the system of information transportation, the subsystem of the air-defense army commander making-decision assistant system, is to fulfill the safe and prompt information transmission among different branches inside or outside air-defense army, and to afford standard data-exchange ground for integration of data information of different supplication systems in the air-defense army, so as to strengthen integrated functions construction among different subsystems inside the main system. As results, firstly, it can realize formation of network among different branches of the automatic commanding and making-decision system as well as integration of multi-functions such as commanding control, intelligence reconnaissance, early warning, surveillance, communication and transmission. Secondly, it can assist air-defense army commanders to master the situation in battlefields immediately, comprehensively and correctly, so that make right quick determination. Thirdly, it can help staffs implement works, accelerate work efficiency, transmit information in real time, and shorten the process of commanding. Fourthly, it can obviously reinforce our capability of gathering, transmission, process, exploitation, control and counterwork of intelligence, that all-time and all-azimuth information gathering in real time, plenty of complex information process in high efficiency, and stability and reliability during information transmission in long distance and in every orientation. This thesis builds up the system of information transmission, the subsystem of the air-defense army commander making-decision assistant system and analyzes its security according to characteristics and demands of air defense in local war with high technology. It is divided into five chapters, as follows:The 1st chapter: Preface. It describes the background, purposes and meanings of this thesis, as well as introducing researches and key technologies in our country's application. The 2nd chapter: General Introductions of the Air-defense Army Commander Making-decision Assistant System. At first it introduces network topology structure, software designing and work process picture, and briefly introduces XML language and SOAP protocols. Besides, it analyzes system demands and makes modeled definition of main part of official files. The 3rd chapter: Designing of the System of Information Transmission. At first it shows system structure picture and illustrates upper-line message process and down-line message process. Conforming to main functions, it designs five modules'class picture: the delivering service module, the message drive service module, the message classification module, the security service module and the transmission service module. At last, it makes unified modeled definitions of SOAP message delivery and package regulations of SOAP/HTTP protocols. The 4th chapter: Security designing of the System of Information Transmission. It defines five security demands of SOAP: classification, integrity, irrevocability, ID verification and certification, and specifically analyzes security guarantee by the existing security technology on the transmission layer (for example, firewall, SSL/TLS and HTTP ID certification) and on the application layer (XML encoding, XML digital signature). Then it puts forward a SOAP security model with security technology on transmission and application layers, and designs encoding process for official files in the light of analysis of SOAP security demands. The 5th chapter: Conclusion and Future Plan. After finishing this thesis, we clearly recognize that the structure of the system of information transmission, the basic demands of communication ground and fundamental knowledge of XML message service, design and realize XML message service system, analyze and resolve the security problems. Detailed conclusions are the following parts:1,according to the demands, we analyze the main functions of the system, show the outline of XML message service operation and feasible plans for designing and operation in every module.2,the designing gives a SOAP message delivery model, the modeled definition of SOAP message and package regulations of SOAP/HTTP protocols.3,we research on the security problems in message delivery, and put forward a message delivery security model on the basis of combined advantages of securities on the transmission layer and in XML.4,I bring out the algorithm process of one-to-one and one-to-more official files encoding and signature according to main functions.5,Object-orientation analysis and program are used in designing of static structure and active operation, and UML technology is applied in class pictures and interacting pictures. All in all, many mature and advanced technologies are used in the thesis, the system of information transmission, the subsystem of the air-defense army commander making-decision assistant system is designed successfully, and its message delivery security is analyzed in details, plus the process of official files encoding designing. Because of limited time, this thesis only gives concept model, so more jobs should be done in the future.
