Research On Product Data Management Technology Application In Heavy Vehicles

Selecting heavy-automobile enterprise as research objects, the paper raises function model and system structure of enterprise-level PDM that adapt to heavy-automobile enterprise based on detail analysis about the process of product development. Adequately thinking of requirements about enterprise product data management, The PDM emphasizes on the process control based on the core of project management, realizes the management style based on the core of configuration management, and plays an important role in the idea of PDM from attention on static state chart and document to attention on management both the procedure of product development and result. At the same time, aiming at the fact of low success rate when the enterprise use PDM ,this paper researches lots of foreign PDM implement methods and on the basis of Chongqing Beiben automobile CO.,LTD PDM implement practices, it brings forward both enterprise layered implement method and process of implement and frame model that used to realize the enterprise data integration. Many ideas of the paper have strong reference values to manufacture enterprises in China, which want to implement and spread PDM technology, and some idea about implement method still have important reference values when an enterprise wants to implement other information system. It has higher reference value and practical meaning for not only the evaluation of PDM implement effect, but also criterion of manufacturing information foundation.Finally, to verify the research above, the concrete applied instance and implementation of PDM system based on the MIT PDM3.2 software are introduced, which are adopted by Chongqing Beiben automobile CO.,LTD.
