High energy X ray Industrial Computed Tomography (ICT) is a radial non-destructive testing technology, it plays an indispensable role in many fields of product detection,such as aviation, aerospace, national defense, war industry and civil industry, etc. As a sub-system of high energyΧray detection and collection systems, it is an important part of ICT systems, the precision and nicety of the data acquired by it will direct affect the quality of the image even the wholly CT system's performance. It is necessary to develop a practical high energyΧray detection and collection system.The thesis firstly introduced the basic principle and the structures of the industrial CT system, briefly introduced the current development situation of theΧray detect technology, the significance of this research and the innovation point. The position and function of the research contents in the wholly ICT system is then clarified. High energy X ray detect technology is analyzed, and especially researched the detect principle and the output signal's characteristics of the high energyΧray detector——CdWO4 coupled with photodiode. After researching the output signal's characteristics of the detector, the principle of low level current signal measurements is studied. Particularly introduced the high energy X ray detecting and converting circuit design, and especially introduced the front amplify circuit, main amplify circuit and a newly designed circuit for the ICT system, witch amplify voltage by deviate voltage into two sections. Besides, the thesis also analyzed the noise characteristics of this circuit, and made related design to restrain the noise based on the analysis.Combined with the characteristic of the high energy X ray detect and collect system's working environment, which is of strong electromagnetic interfere and strong electromagnetic radiation, the thesis designed the high energy X-ray detection and acquisition hardware system, including the control signal photoelectric separate circuit, the analog board nicety power supply circuit and the digital board power supply circuit, the FPGA logic control hardware and the periphery accessorial circuit. Introduced the FPGA system's software program design and some other affairs need to be noticed. Besides, the thesis also takes the anti-interference into consideration.
