Nowadays, with the highly developed informationization, people begin to produce a live and visual world with 3 dimensions by adopting computational technology, combined with 3D and simulation technology. It enables its users to browse and alternation, explore the virtual world form their own perspectives. Reality virtualization technology thus emerged as the time requires and quickly became known to most of us. Although it has not been on the media for too long, the magic technology arouses a wide attention because of its capability to bring human beings into various illusions.As the Internet being developed, internet computer games have gradually replaced previously prevailing single computer games and became the mainstream of current game world. They are loved by people of all ages for their interactivity. The trend of computer games is progress from 2D to 3D and from small scale scene to larger even comical ones. The game players'tastes and requirements are lifted ever since. 3D games is focused on developing comical scenes and a highly emulation virtual world. 3D delineation and reality virtualization technology now become the most popular research field and stand at the front edge of the trend.Taking an early technical preparation of a development for a commercial online game as its background, here we finished the research of this subject through the following steps:(1) According to the contour data, a three-dimensional terrain model, which realizes the conversion of two-dimensional terrain to the three-dimensional topography, is established.(2) The data of features in the three-dimensional terrain are obtained and 3D figures accurately put into 3-dimensional terrain to realize 3D animation with the help of moves provided by models and frames.(3) A variety of playing up is applied to improving the quality of three-dimensional scene, and the highly realistic three-dimensional landscape scene is formed with LOD technology, cutting and blanking processing, collision detection technology.(4) Based on VC + + and OpenGL development platform, a system of virtual scene can be achieved. All kinds of necessary actions can then be extracted from the animation model to form animation.
