In the contemporary period,a large number of fields are developing quickly,including computer networks , and QoS is one fields of the computer networks.As all knows, all the problem's from the networks are based on the less of bandwidth. And of course,the most effective resolution is broaden morden web even if more than what needed.Unfortunately.the addition of bandwidth is restricted with the cost,construction,etc.So,how to take more good advantage of present web. Such as adapting new technology to solve the problem is getting more important,like Qos router.The ultimate target of the router algorithm reseach is improve the web serverce quality,but many functions are relative to the service quality.How to choose the relative condition to construct the arithmetic,and how to need of the relative condition is the emphases of research.The thesis analysis from thesaurus and the thought of present algorism ,then give out a Concept of Constraint parameter which can be used to describe the congestion condition of networks,then constrct a new router algorithm.The construction thought of aboved algorithm is the quotation of the congration parameter .algorithm exist not only in the computer networds,but also in another field-logisticsLogistic.Many problem exist in the AS/RS,such as a storage system,how to optimize the system to save costs,reduce redundancy and improve efficiency.The creation of the paper is the Construction of QoS router algorithm.add draw a condition after the simulation test.The algorithm can find a optimum way to guarantee the service quality in the congestion condition.The thesis enlarge the thought of the congestion,then constraint a new arithmetic in the AS/RS.After the experiment,it proved the new arithmetic can optimize the systems,and improve the efficiency and save costs.
