The measurement of the three-dimension temperature field of the flame is a complex and important issue .The cross-section temperature research is carried out in Qinshan power plant, and so the 3D temperature visualization research in the power plant of Wuhan Iron and Steel Company .Using a novel flame image processing technique, the 3-D temperature distributions of combustion in pulverized-coal-fired boiler furnace could be visualized experimentally. But when it is in practice, a stable and credible machine vision system is needed.Flame image collection and processing system which based on the previous research is further investigated in this paper. Firstly, it summarizes the development of technique of digital video collection. Then the Principle of temperature measurement by three primary colors is introduced. Then the Flame Digital Image Process System is established by software and hardware together. In the end, the Digital Video Collection System is successfully programmed with C++Builder, it has been stability running in industrial real-time detecting system.The Flame Digital Image Process System established is the typical model of digital video monitoring. Monitoring of the video is controlled by personal computer completely, so the video multiplexer is no longer needed. Image is collected synchronously by the program of four channels video collection completely. With the coordination and synchronization of multi-channel video collection technology and characteristics of multi-channel video data fusion, it is easy to develop the program of high speed video collection. |
