Research On The Control System Of The Fused Deposition Modeling Delivering Filament Machine

Fused Deposition Manufacturing is the most lively technology in the rapid prototyping industry at present。This rapid prototyping technology which has a better development outlook has been widely used in manufacturing complicated prototype and rapidly patternmaking because of its technologic advantages such as no laser ,no pollution ,low cost, saving materials。In the technologic figuration process of Fused Deposition Manufacturing, extrusion speed is one of the most important parameter。The materials can extrude from the muzzle at the stable speed or not ,which will directly influence the figuration precision and it's further application in the rapid prototyping technology and the manufacturing of functional accessory。So the study on the speed control system of delivering direct motor becomes more significant。This paper emphasizes on the research and development of the Fused Deposition Manufacturing machine's control system of delivering machine。After discussing and analyzing the former system of delivering filament, a new speed closed loop control system which is based on the industrial computer and a single chip structure is put forward。And also introduces the hardware and software structure in detail。The new system realizes the speed control function by the combination of industrial computer and a single chip。The single chip will completes the speed,positive and negative turn's control of direct current motor as soon as the reasonable parameters are set in the industrial computer。What's more, this closed-loop system can regulates the speed of electromotor on time based on the outside sampled information because of it's feedback function。Thereby, the system overcomes the low-precision,bad-punctuality defects caused by artificial operation before ,stabilizes the electromotor's work and also enhances the precision of Fused Deposition Manufacturing machine's figuration piece。...
