| Along with the reform and opening up going more widely, reformation and developments of domestic investment casting enterprises speed up, with the degree of Enterprise Information strengthened and business process refined. Gradually, the origin Management Information System (MIS) for investment casting enterprises can't meet the demand of modern business management. Thus, in order to meet the demand of modern market economics, it is necessary to develop a set of practical and advanced Enterprises Resource Planning (ERP) system for investment casting enterprises, which can carry out the advanced management theory to realize lower cost, higher labor productivity, shorter production cycle, disposing and using resources properly and improving customer's service quality.Investment casting enterprise HZERP system developed by PowerBuilder 9.0, SQL Server 2000, covered ERP basic theory and the investment foundry enterprises'characteristic. It can consummate enterprises'management, enhance the manufacture efficiency, realize the digital management, and increase enterprises'benefit.This paper describes the full development process of investment casting enterprise HZERP system, which includes requirement analysis, conceptual design, logic design, system structure and function design. In the requirement analysis, this paper analyzes the business process of the investment casting enterprises, which include order, production, inventory and the human resources, and then draws the DFDS. In the conceptual and logic design, this paper also translates the information collected in the requirement analysis into the Entity - Relationship Diagrams. Finally, the system is divided into order management, production management, inventory management, human resources management, die castings management and system maintenance module, based on the theory of Process Oriented Programming, this paper also describes the structure and function of the system. Finally, this paper describes the order management module, production management module and the message management module, which developed for the CMC-XF in TianJin, and shows the interface and operation of the HZERP system. |
