Development And Security Mechanism Research Of E-passport Publication System

Compared with the current passport, the e-passport with the ability of anti-faked and easy to read can improve the speed of inspection flow effectively. Therefore, researching and implementing the prototype system of e-passport publication in reality situation not only can improve the technology capacity of the e-passport release, but also has directly good signification to the construction of the other widely used different kinds of e-certificate system in future.The thesis analyzes and designs the network structure, the provincial and municipal center publication system, and national passport issuing Certification Authority Center around the overall framework of the publication system, finally designs the prototype system integrity with the overall framework design of the publication system by analyzing the passport data's feature.Confirming to the logic data structure and the rules of security given by International Civil Aeronautical Organization, which is the organization of e-passport standard, this paper designs the process of the flow, and has established the publication prototype system, including the data collecting module, the making e-passport module and the validating module.The security of the system data is protected effectively via some security mechanisms such as analyzing the security request of the system, establishing the data security module and raising the safety solution in every step and so on.Based on the research of this dissertation, the e-passport samples can be produced by using the publication prototype system to meet the requirements of ICAO.
