In recent years, with the rapid development of computer technology, especially computer hardware is constantly renewed. More and more large-scale enterprises, especially the international chemical industry enterprises are facing difficulties of maintenance even without maintenance ability. Existing system becomes a legacy system.Due to the existing industrial system to provide tremendous economic benefits, users often hoped that the new system will go into production in the shortest possible time. However, because of the huge size of the original system, the traditional software development model can not meet the needs of large enterprises.Large-scale systems development platform transplantation model, with the software re-engineering models and iterative software development model as a theoretical basis, contains the rapid development of transplantation and transplantation re-engineering model. Combines the traditional transplant mode, aiming at the characteristics of each subsystem, three models will develop a flexible transplant model system. Implement the large-scale transplant model, shortened the transplant cycle and improve reuse of the legacy system.Through an example, describes the implementation of large-scale development platform transplant model, validated the feasibility and effectiveness of the development model. After analyse the inadequate part of the model, conclude the future development of the model, and the expansion and improvement of the relevant work.
