Analyse the arrangement structure and principle of content distribute distribute used in the IPTV, analyse the CDN model detailedly.The IPTV system have high request to the quality of service,and must ensure the fluency of play.In WAN,traverse a complicated Router from user to flowmedia server,it's difficult to ensure the fluency.So it's necessary to investigate how to distribute the content from central server to the fringe server,this paper gives one CDN systemic project that used in IPTV,this project distribute the programme from central server to the fringe server utilizing CDN.Base on handy and load equilibrium principle,it should choose the fringe server to provide program,the paper gives tow load equilibrium project and implement method which used in the content distribute net,one is based on DNS redirection,the other was based on net handy estimate and comprehensive three-cornered redirection,and gives the implement method in IPTV; utilizing fringe service to realize the final user order programme service, conquering the restriction brought by the complicated net connection, increase the speed of response, save the resource of backbone net, avoid the congestion.At last,the paper test the performance of two project,gives the result respectively, explain the appropriate use area.The study and practice indicate,the project give by this paper could solve typical content distribution problem in the IPTV, provide reference for applying IPTV on a large scale.
