The remote supervise and control is an integrative technology which involved computer control, net communication and software design. With the rapid development of the oil industry, the remote supervise and control is more and more widely adopted in the oil field system, especially in the long transportation pipeline supervise and control. This thesis considers the special needs of the oil field system, current trends of development and the appliance of the remote supervise and control in the oil field pipeline supervise and control system, and presents the general plan of the system design. In the design of the plan, UML(Unified Module Language) is adopted as the requirement analyse and module tool to analyse the characteristics of the system sites , distribution of pipelines and equipments ,etc. The plan includes plans of communication design, the object module , the system framework , the data storage and the interfaces, the principles of the design plans are also introduced. This thesis adopts the object oriented theory to analyse the module of real objects in the system to realize the high aggregate and loose coupling. The thesis also analyses the information interaction of the objects of pipelines, equipments, devices and user interfaces, presents the methods of realization of data acquisition / treatment module and the secure TCP transportation which adopts the SSL protocol. This thesis also adopts the design pattern and some theory and technology of component programming. The appliance of these technology strengthens the reusability of system program, improves the quality of software and increases consistency and scalability of the software development.
