Precise control of automatic EPS advance stage of the heating temperature and pressure in the past under the open-loop control difficult to achieve.In the subsequent use of PID control of temperature control temperature control have been greatly improved,but PID temperature control to a certain extent the problem is to control the time of bias,and temperature control stability and precision slightly worse,EPS foam average particle density and greater impact on quality.This pair of fuzzy PID control in EPS Automatic advance of the heating process to study the use and effects,including the use of fuzzy control Mamdani Sugeno method or methods of choice,using MATLAB software simulation and verification at the actual debugging.Initially on the fuzzy PID control algorithm,which is a prerequisite for temperature control and assurance.In-depth research and comparison of the net PID control,fuzzy control Sugeno Mamdani methods and methods of fuzzy control algorithms,the analysis of the above algorithm on the basis of inadequate,based on fuzzy zone PID control algorithm simulation experiments show that the algorithm achieved very good resultsThen PLC on how to use the directive to achieve the above control,the fuzzy control algorithms can be converted to PLC's expression of digital control methods.The final scene in the actual evolution of debugging test after the PLC control in order to control the effect of ways,this is the most important link.Data on the actual experience of validation experiments show that the control method is better than the previous PID control,in actual production achieved very good results.
