Then the following content analyses the QoS problems in service composition and provides a method to rule QoS standard values. The method include more attention about the current QoS standard values of web service array, and put the sequence number into ruling calculate. The article construct a dynamic and open QoS manage model. The model can update the QoS information of candidate web service and collect the QoS information from user. So the model has better ability to adapt the complex service composition environment. The model is also realized.
