As newly arisen academics Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) is becoming more and more popular nowadays, which is formed with the basis of development of Micro-electromechanical Systems (MEMS), computer, communication, automation, artificial intelligence. WSN connects logical information world with objective physical world together, changes communication mode of mankind and nature. People can apperceive objective world directly by WSN, consequently expand existed network's function and advance the ability of knowing the world. Many scientific magazines and business magazines have selected WSN as the greatest technologies which will greatly change human society in the 21st century,will produce to mankind's future production and life profound of influence.In this paper, we mainly focus our attention on data transmission of WSN, delve into its security, reliability, real-time and data aggregation. First, we will make a deep study of hardware of WSN node, every node consists of four parts: power supply part, processor part, wireless communication part, sensor part. After studied every part of hardware, we ourselves designed the simulated WSN node, which provide good hardware platform for transplantation of the arithmetic.After finished hardware design, we need to accomplish arithmetic realization. The paper mainly discusses wireless data transmission of multiple nodes, so we involve data encryption arithmetic, data check arithmetic and data aggregation arithmetic. After investigated some existing encryption algorithms (DES, AES, RSA, etc), we introduce RC5 encryption algorithm and CRC-16 check algorithm which are very suitable for intelligent wireless sensor node. We need to write every arithmetic, and then aggregate them together, and then transplant the arithmetic to hardware platform which designed by ourselves. Next, we will build a small WSN, and test the feasibility of the arithmetic. At last, we ensure data transmission's security, reliability, real-time and compact.
