This topic belongs to practical topic, mainly studies the structure transformation and control system development of aviation plexiglass stretcher, and has developed stretch force digital PID control system of aviation plexiglass stretcher using the intellectualization control technology under the condition of efficiency, usability, and scientific methods.This paper takes stretcher's basic structure and working principle as foundation. It introduces the basical working flow of stretcher and describes the basic control variable of stretcher through analyzing the stress state of plexiglass. It has emphatically analyzed each factor to stretch force fluctuation and has qualitatively determined the relations between them and stretch force. It has analyzed quota relations between the stretch force and the stretch speed emphatically. It has established system's mathematical model and has developed the plexiglass stretcher digital PID control algorithm. It has conducted the deep research to the digital PID control algorithm's improvement. It introduces software and hardware platform in the stretcher control system development, and introduces the result of system test and scene debugging. In the process of the development of control system, using the IPC-PLC concurrent control technology, it has elaborated the PLC control duty and the processing duty of IPC separately. It has elaborated exhaustively communication protocol and establishment between IPC and PLC as well as each kind of movement control card. It has carried on the project designing based on the network platform's control system's hardware module. It has also carried on the software architecture of IPC and PLC. Using IPC, PLC, A/D card, D/A card, multi-serial port card and so on. It has constructed a control system's platform. The control system's platform uses the structure from up to down. The superior machine uses IPC. The lower position machine uses PLC. The system not only has the merits of good extendibility, strong interconnection ability, rich development and so on, but also has high efficiency, high accuracy. It may satisfy the different control environment's demand in industry. Using formidable function of control system simulation software Simulink based on the module chart provided by MATLAB, The paper has established the control system model, and has carries on the installation to parameter of simulation model in the control algorithm implementation. It has obtained optimum control parameter in simulation actual stretch process each kind of disturbance. The PID simulation chart shows that: using this PID control algorithm, System's response time is shorter, there is no steady-state error, the overshoot is small.The practice proved that: this control system can guarantee the stretch force is timeliness and accuracy. When plexiglass stretcher is working, the performance-to-price ratio is high, the usability is broad. While making great contribution for the national defense enterprise, It has also brought considerable economical efficiency for the enterprise.
