Research On SOA Integration Testing And Security Testing

As early as in the 20th century, along with the appearance and mature of the standard related with Web Service, SOA has already become an irresistible trend and had vast market space and the gigantic development potential. But the SOA testing began just now and mostly stayed in the testing to single web service, integration testing and security testing seldom happen to SOA. Jason Bloomberg divides into the SOA test three independent parts. The first is Web Service functionality testing; the second is Web service Interoperability testing; and the last focuses on Web service integration overall testing. The SOA testing current is also in the first part.In SOA field, there is one kind of knowing that says the current software testing isn't necessary to change. In fact really not so. Not only testing means urgently need to change, but also many other aspects of them need to change.This thesis begins with the SOA concept, analyses developments of several kinds of distributed model and draws off Web Service technology which is the most suitable to realize SOA at present. This thesis emphasizes XML, SOAP, UDDI and WSDL four kinds of technologies which belong to Web Service technology, further analyses the characteristics of the traditional testing technology, Web service testing technology, SOA integration testing and SOA security testing technologies, and puts forward the test models of the SOA integration testing and the SOA security testing.In the thesis, the writer developes a simple SOA system model, which includes two Web services that are based on .NET platform and Java platform and one UDDI registration center. And these three modules are separately located on three machines.The thesis analyses and compares the function and the characteristic of Parasoft Corporation's SOAtest and IBM's Rational Tester for SOA Quality, further analyses the successful cases of two tools , carries on simple discussing to them, and designs the testing plan. Finally, the thesis chooses the SOAtest to test the interoperability and security of the two web services which are isomerism in the SOA system model, has a simple analysis to the test result, and futher proves the validity of the tool.
