With the further development of the Computer technology and Network technology, long-distance monitor technology which bases on the Web have been widely applied in the fields of industry. Take it as the background, Corrosion Monitor System of oil pipeline is designed and developed, which is a long-distance monitor system based on B/S structure, which can detect corrosion information from oil pipeline perfectly.The system can help to know the level of corrosion and analyse the regulations of corrosion and provide basis for decision-making corrosion protection.This paper begins with the brief introduction of J2EE technology and corrosion monitor technology, and it studys the architecture of the system, which emphasizes in discussion of the system structure of J2EE and the concepts of MVC pattern.Regarding the practical technology, Web tier is constructed with currently popular Struts frame technology.And in EJB tier, the business objects are constructed to realize the systemic core business logics. In consideration of the technical limitation of the entity Bean, the system uses a new Object-Relational Mapping frame of Hibernate to realize the persistence layer.Corrosion Monitor System of oil pipeline follows the J2EE standard,and it have a good hierarchical structure.Regardless in the design,the code in the future and the system maintenance,it will be convenient to build the system platform using this model.The system can realize the function of corrosion monitor very well, it has provided the reliable safeguard for enterprise's safety in production,and it will have a very good application prospect.
