With the development of hardware & software in technology of Image Processing. Technology of Image Processing is used more and more in industry and research and it is eagerly needed for industry. In the past of Instrument calibrating, work is much and tired. In this situation, research in auto calibrating of instrument is developed.The subject"Study on collimate technology in auto calibrating of instrument based on DSP"is focus on the development of superior arithmetic in auto calibrating of instrument based on DSP technique.First, the hardware that would be used in the calibrating system were chosen and configured in this paper, and later make the lamp-house adjustable.In chapter 3, the paper researched on recognition of pointer; the way of searching and fitting long reticle; pointer approaching long reticle. In order to avoid some abnormal case, the paper designed some assistant arithmetic. The new aim arithmetic of line fitting solve a problem in the past. That was the quadrant judgement of the angle of normal of the line. It is advisable to use character-recognition to find the long reticle and judge the position of pointer right or wrong in this paper.In chapter 4 , a three-phase AC standard power was researched and designed, including standard sine-wave output, power plus and standard power control system.Secondly, the DM642 develop platform and introduced the specialty in both hardware & software compare with x86-platform is researched in the paper. Then the discussion about the feasibility of implementing the aim arithmetic on DSP platform is carried out.Finally the implementation of new aim arithmetic is researched, including the recognition and fitting of pointer; searching and fitting the long reticle; quadrant judgement of the angle of normal of the line. The new assume about improving the performance of the system is gived after the analysis of the experiment's result.
