Our life is more convenient With broadband communication networks and mul-timedia contents high-speed expand, but we should to face some challenge. To pre-vent the digital content using be illegaleed. As a kind of protection for intellectualownership-Watermarking become an important technological and research issue. Dig-ital rights management include encryption and digital watermark. We analysis aboutthe digital contents rights management technique and application study. The primarycontributions and original ideas included in this paper are summarized below:1. We propose an audio watermark algorithm basic on spread frequency technique,using including digital signal processing, psychoacoustic modeling and communica-tions theory. By improve present audio watermarking algorithm, using communicationmodules to raise detection performance. And using Attack characterization section toenhance the robust and an acceptable increase in computational complexity. Therebydevelop a novel audio watermarking algorithm, with the state-of-the-art performance.The algorithms'performance is validated in the presence of the standard watermarkingattacks, and have good robust performance.2. Analysis some video watermark algorithm and combined with compress video do-main coding, based on the signature of DCT coe?cients is studied in this paper. Weusing this algorithm in our DRM system. Robust watermarks can be combined withthe works and can resist many kinds of attacks. The experimental results show thatThe DRM system which using this algorithm can resist H.264 compression, low-passfiltering and other common attacks. The new algorithm can be used for copyrightprotection and so forth.3. Using cryptography, digital watermarking and Certificate technique we realized aprototype Digital Rights Management System(DRM). This DRM system can protectthe digital content, and it's beneficial for the standardization of digital rights manage-ment.4. Realized an digital TV contents rights management system base on digital TV settop box. The experiment result prove this system can prevent the digital content bespread by illegal user.
