Nowadays computer process management technology has been widely used in all aspects. However traditional process models have been challenged by the new service-oriented ideas brought by the rapid development of Internet. The users of process are becoming ordinary users. Facing the challenges, it's necessary to organize numerous web services with different functions into a brand-new process model in order to provide more customized services to more extensive users. This article, based on the ideas that the author developed in National Natural Science Fund sponsored project 'Research of Smartflow Pattern', mainly focuses on the problems of how to describe and intelligently capture user requirements in the Smartflow application model. The objective is to automatically generate different business process according to the user requirements, hence to provide satisfactory customized services by organizing various web services accordingly.The key issue that needs to be solved in this article is how to design an appropriate approach in Smartflow application model, which can capture individual user requirements and reflect their personalities in a user-friendly, intelligent way. In this article, we propose a Smartflow-oriented Scenario Interactive Model (SOSEVI) to solve the issue. This model takes the advantage of Domain Ontology supplemented by Semantic functions to reflect user's personal needs and to choose the user's personal basic representation elements dynamically. Supported by Domain Ontology, our model achieves a user-friendly accessible interaction manner in a better way. Referring to the key technique of requirement capture, this article develops an automatic interface generation method to create personal interaction processes for different users and to produce personal interaction interface sequences for different users using Situation Calculus Functions.This article's major contributions are as follows:1. Definition of personal characteristic factors and personal measurement index. Targeting specific tourism domain, define personal characteristic factors and define personal measurement index using methods based on statistical information etc.2. Definition of web service attributes' customized group based on Domain Ontology. Based on personal characteristic factors and measurements, group web service attributes that has the same personal characteristic factors together. The grouping demonstrates personality and intelligence of our approach.3. Smartflow-oriented intelligent interactive model. Based on the domain ontology, this article designs a smart interactive model with a friendly mode to achieve users' personalized demands, and provides the basis for the formation of personalized process services.In this article we exhibit a project-based Smartflow application platform. Using intelligent tourism as a background, we implement an Intelligent Platform of Virtual Travel Agency or IPVita. On this platform, user can experience convenient personal travel plan generation process that fully satisfies their needs, thanks to the tools and methods developed in this article.
