The study of the various issues in the streaming media data transmission and application layer multicast technology on the basis of the modern university campus network to broadcast live online teaching system as the background, P2P, streaming media combine to achieve based on the transmission of streaming media P2P VOD system. Mainly include the construction of multicast tree algorithm, the transmission scheduling strategy, message transfer mechanism, NAT firewall traversal, and so forth. In this paper, the key questions are as follows:1. application layer multicast protocol choice. In considering the entire system of transmission strategy, based on the cluster level multicast tree Construction Adaptive Distributed agreement NICE.2. system messaging mechanism.
