In order to speed up the innovation of transmission production management, get rid of the traditional operation mode, enhance the integration of data resources and avoid the duplication of development, Power Supply Company in Jinan established in the actual power production management, according to the goal and demand of power grid management system, comprehensively considering the status and development requirements of transmission management, then has developed the information system of transmission production management, which is based on the line diagrams, establishes the sound Basic Machine Account Information and integrates the geographic information management and the workflow management.In this paper, we in detail introduce the development goal, the requirement analysis, the design ideas and the implementation means of the information management system The paper is composed of the following parts:1. The requirement analysis. According to the characteristics of transmission production management, we present the system development goal and the several functions that a excellent transmission management information system should possess. The principles, modalities and steps of accessing system requirements are described in detail. Finally, we use the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as the analysis description language, and then summarize the functional and non-functional requirements of the system.2. The architecture design. We discuss the design goals, principles and ideas of the system in this paper, and construct the relatively independent C/S Distributed Three-layer Architecture, which includes the Presentation layer, the Business Logic layer and the Data-service layer. Then through the system analysis, we determine the GIS system platform selection and the system function and deployment framework. The entire system includes several major functional modules, such as equipment management, drawing data management, geographic information management, workflow management, authority management and so on. The workflow also includes the defection, inspection and experiment management modules.3. The detailed design. The detailed design is the refinement of the system architecture design and primarily based on the system requirement specifications and the architecture design. In this paper, through the equipment management module as an example, we introduce the design of core class diagram and database, and focus on the detailed design of several functional modules, including the transmission equipment modeling, the workflow and the business application of line diagrams and geographic diagrams.4. The concrete realization. During the concrete realization of the system, we briefly introduce the system realization platform and expatiate the realization process of the Machine Account management of equipments including the equipment tree describer, the data view describer and the form describer, and the concrete realization process of the data statistics of Equipment Machine Account; During the realization of line diagrams, we also expatiate the concrete realization process of the metafile editor, the line diagram editor, the conjunction of metafile and data, the browsing and inquiring of line diagrams and the statistical analysis of data based on line diagrams; During the realization of geographic diagrams, we describe the construction of the application environment of geographic diagrams and the collation, analysis, import and generation of geographic data, and also expatiate the concrete realization of geographic diagram editor, the geographical distribution of equipment information and the browsing and inquiring of geographic diagrams.This system has been already promoted and applied in Jinan Power Supply Company. In practice, the system comprehensively covers all business of transmission management in Power Supply Company and has the feature-rich and easy-to use characteristics. Due to the application of this system, we can greatly optimize the production management process, reduce the businesslike work, improve the quality of management, realize the sharing of information as possibly, really combine the information construction with the production management, realize the standardization of business management, effectively improve the efficiency of work, provide a powerfully integrated inquiries and statistical analysis for the managers, and also provide the foundation for the professional production analysis, the objective examination and evaluation of corporations and the leading decision analysis.
