Since 1990s,computer network technique has developed quickly.Processing and transporting of information break through the limit of time area,globalization and spreading of network have become an unresisted trend.Internet has gone into all kinds of living areas of society and drawn people's attention more and more.Information technique brings convenience and advantage to people's work and life.But computer information technique is also a two blade sword. While most people use information technique to improve work efficiency and provide more rich to the society,some others dear with the technique in different ways.They intrude illegally into other person's computer system to get confidential information,abuse and destroy data. This brings the society uncountable loss.In static,there is an intrusion happened every 20 seconds in the world.One fourth firewalls in the internet have been broken through. 70% information security manages report great loss because of the reveal of the confidential information.Log audit play a great role in the network security. Based on the concept that there is no absolute security network,it provides a mechanism to record the event happened in the system.Thus provide people the way to know what happened in the system and the way to dectct intrusion.In the dissertation, I will introduce these techniques detailedly according to the network security auditing system of Beijing Topsense Digi-Tech Co., Ltd.
